Assam DHE DARPAN Portal
To avail of the DARPAN Apply feature, the stakeholders will first have to log on to the official website. This gateway is for students applying various courses, scholarships and other student friendly services of DHE Assam First of all, you will have to open a web browser on your computer or smart phone. Once on the website, navigate to the DARPAN Apply section and click to access the portal.

Creating an Account
Before applying to any program, you first need to register for an account on the DARPAN Apply portal. Go to the home page of the DARPAN Apply portal and search for “Sign Up” or “Register” button to register. Click this and a sign up form will open asking for some basic personal information. These typically include:

- Mobile Number
- Educational Background
- Date of Birth
- Address and other contact details

Should your application be turned down, the portal generally should give a reason and there might be a chance to appeal, or to make amendments.
